Goods purchased at www.thyHalo.com will be sent via UPS courier.

 

Delivery Options:

 

Express:
Delivery next working day (24h).

Standar:
Deliver up to 3 - 4 working days.

*Both options can be delivered at an UPS access point of your preference.

Costs:

 

The costs of delivery will change according to destination. The exact amount will be reflected at the check out.

*Please, take in consideration that the customer will be responsible for aduanal charges incur to some destinations.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your package along its trip to your doorstep. The package, can also be delivered at an UPS access point, with prior requestment.

Feel free to contact info@thyhalo.com if you have any further questions or concerns regarding the shipment. You can also contact UPS website (www.ups.com) and enter the tracking number.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched. But you are able to contact UPS and arrange a delivery at an UPS access point in a convenient hour / date for you.

If the parcel is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 24 hours and we will contact the courier company.

RETURNS

Carefully read our return policy to ensure you can proceed with your request as quick as possible.

To proceed with a return and refund, please send an email to info@thyhalo.com, no later than 14 days after receiving the garments. Return(s) outside the window may be accepted at our discretion.

Returning steps:

  1. Send an email to info@thyhalo.com requesting the returning label. Please attach it to the box, ensuring the previous delivery label is covered.
  2. Book your collection with UPS. We can schedule a pick up for you. For this, let us know with anticipation by email when you request the return label. Also, you can deliver it in the nearest UPS access point. You may be asked for the account number; which is printed on the return label.
  3. Upon collection, we will check the garments are in the same status we send it, with the labels attached and we will proceed to the refund.

*The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer which will have to cover the shipping back.

EXCHANGES:

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our returns policy.

REFUNDS:

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method.

The original delivery charges will not be refunded.

* Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
