RETURNS

Carefully read our return policy to ensure you can proceed with your request as quick as possible.

Send an email request to info@thyhalo.com for the return no later than 14 days after receiving your package. Return(s) outside the window may be accepted at our discretion. 

All garments should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided. Additionally, we ask you tell us what you are returning by ticking the item(s) you are returning in the form included with your order.

 

  1. You will receive a return label together with your order that should be use and attached to the box, ensuring the previous delivery label is covered.
  2. Book your collection with DHL: Contact DHL. You will be asked for your account number; which is printed on the return labels or, you can visit DHL website. (www.dhl.com)
  3. Upon collection, leave the second label and hand it to the DHL driver.

 

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our returns policy.

The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
